Product Description
This product conforms to the Chinese national standard GB1094.1-2013 <power transformer> and GB / t6451-2015 <three phase oil-immersed power transformer technical parameters and requirements>. This product has adopted a series of major improvements in material, technology, and structure, so that the electrical performance of the product reaches the international advanced level compared to similar products. With the characteristics of high efficiency and low loss, it can save lots of power consumption and operation costs, thus has an obvious energy-saving effect. 2.Main Functions And Features
1.Iron core
Is made of high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, with full oblique and holeless binding structure. The iron core is of multi-stage stepped shape, with three or five joints, low loss, and low noise. The rolled iron core is directly wound by special equipment, without joints and angle weight, reducing magnetic resistance and low loss. The amorphous alloy transformer core is a new kind of higher-quality iron core material, with an average drop of 72% for low air loss and 50% for no-load current compared with the traditional silicon steel sheet.
2. Coil
It is made of high-quality QQ acetal enameled round copper wire and flat copper coin drawn by an oxygen-free copper rod. Coil forms include cylinder type, continuous type, new spiral type, split type, etc with sufficient electrical strength, mechanical strength, and heat dissipation capacity. In order to increase the short-circuit resistance of the transformer, a higher quality self-adhesive transposed conductor can be used. The coil is made of self-adhesive acetal enameled flat wire. After being wound into a coil, the enameled flat wires are mutually bonded to form a rigid coil, which can withstand greater bending stress, thus enhancing the short-circuit resistance of the transformer. The biggest characteristic of the self-adhesive transposed conductor is that it can reduce the loss of the transformer. The multi-split conductor and transposition can greatly reduce the eddy current loss and circulation loss, reducing the temperature rise of the hot spot of the winding, and make the temperature distribution of the whole winding more evenly.
3. Oil tank
It is welded by high-quality steel plates elliptical or rectangular structures. The radiator elements are chip type radiator, expansion radiator, or corrugated oil tank. The oil tank sealing is tested reliably in the factory. It is sprayed with three times of primer and one time of finish paint inside and outside. The product is salt fog proof, damp heatproof, and fungus proof, which can meet the special requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical system, and wet and polluted areas. It is beautiful in appearance and reliable in operation.

Conditions of Use
1.The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40°C, and the minimum shall not below -25°C;
2.The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If specially customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4,000m;
3.The vertical inclination is no more than 5°, and no violent vibration and impact;
4.The air humidity is not more than 90% (25°C);
5.No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of the transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;
6.Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m/s;
7.If service conditions beyond the above, a specially customized product is available.
