Oxy Neuron India Pvt Ltd incubated at the Startup Innovation and Incubation Centre (SIIC) situated at IIT Kanpur.

"Oxy Neuron India Private Limited is a Private incorporated on 27 May 2021. It is classified as a non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Its authorised share capital is Rs. 1,000,000 and its paid-up capital is Rs. 100,000. It is involved in Research and experimental development on social sciences and humanities (SSH)," says the listing.

Oxy Neuron India works in collaboration with Exalta India. It has developed several solutions including oxygen concentrators with the company.

"The Lipon Inverter is a new and innovative device which helps to store electricity and reduce carbon footprint at astronomical levels. Such innovations are the need of the hour especially in rural India which need much attention. The magic inverter is expected to solve the issue of electricity backup in rural India. This is capable of revolutionizing the industry in the future ahead. Government’s support to start-ups and such innovations is a boost for our start-ups to grow and develop with more and more innovative products which are of big help for the masses at large," said ER Ashutosh Verma, founder of Oxy Neuron.

Tesla Power USA has placed a bulk order for portable inverters with the company called Magic Premium Lipon. The inverter with a Lithium battery can be wall-mounted.

The Magic Box Smart Inverter can be used as an EV charging station. It also supports solar charging. It is portable and can be carried in a car. The company claims to offer 15-year battery life with a 5-year replaceable guarantee.

One of the key features of the inverter is that it is made of copper. Copper is said to be almost 14 times more conductive than lead and this reduces the chances of battery corrosion.

The 'Magic Box Smart Inverter' starts at Rs 25,000 and comes in three models of 1KW, 2KW and 3 KW units, claiming to give almost double-battery backup.
